Senior Blockchain Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Blockchain Engineer, you will design and develop secure, scalable on-chain and chain-adjacent systems. You will lead the creation of robust decentralized infrastructure, ensuring the integrity and high performance of blockchain-based solutions.

What You'll Do

• Architect and deploy production-grade smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Design and implement secure protocols for tokenization, decentralized finance, and wallet-driven workflows.
• Develop and maintain reliable RPC services and messaging systems to support distributed blockchain networks.
• Ensure the longevity and security of on-chain systems through rigorous testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate decentralized logic with enterprise-level services.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain development.
• Proven expertise in developing smart contracts using Solidity or Rust (Solana, NEAR).
• Proficiency in building on-chain or chain-adjacent systems using the Ethereum or Cosmos SDK.
• Extensive experience with ERC standards such as 20, 721, and 3643, and Web3 libraries.
• Hands-on experience building DApps, RPC services, and tokenization solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
