Role Description The Vice President of Products will lead the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dovix AI’s portfolio of AI and automation solutions. This full-time remote role is responsible for defining product priorities, aligning them with business objectives, and ensuring successful execution from concept to launch. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with executive leadership on product direction, guiding product managers and cross-functional teams, and reviewing product performance using data-driven insights. The role involves partnering with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver cohesive product experiences, drive adoption, and optimize customer outcomes. The Vice President of Products will also engage with key customers and market stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate needs, and refine the product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong product leadership background with skills in Product Strategy and Product Management.
- Experience in Product Development, including end-to-end lifecycle ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Demonstrated ability in Cross-functional Team Leadership, collaborating effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, using data and metrics to inform product decisions, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact.
- Proven experience building and scaling AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology products is highly beneficial.
- Track record of leading remote, distributed teams and operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business); advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation & Financial Incentives
Highly Competitive Base Salary: $260,000 – $390,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and expertise.
Performance-Based Annual Bonus: 15% - 25% target annual cash bonus linked to individual and corporate milestone achievements.
