Job Description
Fihub is the agentic intelligence platform for consumer brands. We unify and model a company's operational and financial data, then proactively deliver the insights that matter - in Slack, in their LLM of choice, and in our app. One system that replaces a fragmented analytics stack and answers any business question in real time. A full ERP system, completely reimagined.
We're hiring a Product Engineer, Frontend to own the interface layer of the product: the design system and the dashboards, tables, and agentic reports brands use to run their business. The work straddles UI and engineering.
The role:
Our backend and analytics engines move fast. New metrics, models, and report views ship in days. Your job is to turn engine velocity into interface velocity. There is no PM writing specs and no design team upstream. You will often receive annotated API contracts, reference documents, and data caveats that should shape the layout. Everything from there is yours: the layout judgement, the component decisions, the shipped code.
We work AI-leveraged - the engineering team builds with Claude and agent tooling across the codebase, and we expect the same leverage on the interface layer. We care about your judgement, systems-thinking and taste, and expect AI leverage on everything else.
What you’ll do:
The product is data-dense by nature: cohort matrices, marketing attribution, inventory, comparisons, decompositions, and more. You will be making that legible - turning complex data into interfaces and reports that a founder or growth lead can read and act on quickly.
- Enhance and extend the Fihub design system
- Ship production UI in React + TypeScript SPA
- Build the core data surfaces: dashboards, cohort tables, comparison views, filtering, drill-downs
- Create component and config schemas that AI agents author against – typed widget configs, not freeform markup
- Own how Fihub renders beyond the app: exported sheets, PDF/headless report renders, Slack and email digests
- Work directly with the founding team on product decisions

What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building React + TypeScript SPAs
- Strong UI/UX judgement, a track record building or substantially owning a design system
- Comfort in mixed state architectures (Redux + TanStack Query + context) – cache identity, optimistic updates, where derived state lives
- Experience with a low-level charting library
- Knowledge of business metrics – you’ll work with analytical API contracts and should have a grasp of data structuring vs. just rendering the payload
- Fluency working with AI design and coding tools
- Comfort with ambiguity – an API doc and a conversation is often the complete spec

What you’ll get:
Equity options alongside base salary of €95.000 - €110.000 — this is a role with real ownership over the product's direction, and the compensation reflects that.
You'll work directly with Fihub's founders on a daily basis, with a direct line into how product and company decisions are made. Every surface the product ships through, defined by you from the first commit.
How we work:
Three days a week together in the office, two wherever you do your best work. Our office is at Ruby Paul, in the heart of Vienna.
Candidates need existing authorization to work in Austria (EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship or a valid Austrian permit). We're glad to support relocation from elsewhere in Europe for the right candidate.
