Senior Kubernetes & Golang Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Kubernetes & Golang Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native systems and platform infrastructure. You will serve as a key technical contributor, ensuring our containerized environments and custom controllers are scalable, reliable, and optimized for advanced workloads.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement custom Kubernetes controllers and operators to automate complex operational workflows.
• Develop highly performant system-level applications and microservices using Go.
• Configure and optimize cluster networking, storage interfaces, and container storage solutions.
• Architect and deploy reliable infrastructure to support retrieval-augmented generation workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and delivery pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Development, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and extensive experience with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience developing Kubernetes CRDs and custom controllers.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes networking plugins (CNI) and storage interfaces (CSI).
• Familiarity with designing and deploying RAG architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
