Overview
is seeking a Backend / Full Engineer (2–10 years experience) to build financial infrastructure processing billions in nonprofit payments. You will work directly with founders and leadership with zero layers in-between.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own backend server applications and components end-to-end.
• Shape architecture decisions across APIs, backend systems, and infrastructure.

• Collaborate directly with founders and product via whiteboarding and technical debates.

Requirements
Experience: 2–10 years in backend engineering at a reputable, growing company (VC-backed startup preferred).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
Core Skills: Production-level Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice-to-Haves: Fintech/payments experience, proficiency in Go or Node.js, and Terraform/AWS familiarity.

Exclusions: No contractors, consultants, or bootcamp-only graduates without a traditional technical degree.
