Provide deskside support for end user devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and standard enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
Provide deskside support for end user devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and standard enterprise applications.
Perform system imaging, hardware upgrades, and replacements.
Manage asset inventory and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with L2/L3 and infrastructure teams as needed.
Support video conferencing equipment and meeting room setups.
Proven experience in deskside or IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, MS Office 365, and common enterprise tools.
Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., SCCM, TeamViewer, Any Desk, ServiceNow, etc.)

Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
Willingness to participate in an on call rotation, including evenings/weekends (occasionally).
ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline
2-3 years in IT Service Desk or technical support role
Proficiency in remote support tools & ticketing systems
Strong problem solving, communication, and customer service skills
Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Freshservice
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Certifications/trained likes of Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent
Exposure to MDM tools (e.g., Intune, JAMF)
