We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Ilustrador Digital to create original digital artwork, illustrations, visual assets, and creative materials for a variety of business and marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will transform concepts and creative briefs into compelling visual content while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Create original digital illustrations for marketing and business projects.
• Develop visual concepts based on creative briefs and project objectives.
• Produce illustrations for websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Create character designs, icons, graphics, and visual elements when required.
• Translate ideas and concepts into clear and engaging visual compositions.
• Develop initial sketches, concepts, and design variations.
• Refine illustrations based on creative direction and stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines.
• Adapt artwork for different digital formats, platforms, and screen sizes.
• Prepare high-quality final artwork for digital publication.
• Create promotional graphics and supporting visual materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing teams, content creators, and project managers.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative development sessions.
• Research visual trends, styles, references, and emerging design techniques.
• Develop mood boards and visual references for creative projects.
• Maintain organized libraries of illustrations, source files, assets, and design resources.
• Prepare editable working files and final production files.
• Ensure artwork meets technical specifications and delivery requirements.

• Review illustrations for accuracy, consistency, and visual quality.
• Make revisions and adjustments according to project feedback.
• Support the development of visual identities and creative campaigns.
• Create illustrations that communicate complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Assist with infographics, diagrams, and educational visual materials.
• Support animation or motion-design projects with illustration assets when required.
• Coordinate creative requirements and deadlines with project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple illustration assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of project versions and deliverables.
• Ensure all artwork follows applicable copyright and licensing requirements.
• Use appropriate licensed or original visual resources when required.
• Explore new digital illustration tools, techniques, and workflows.
• Support the development of creative templates and reusable visual assets.
• Contribute ideas to improve the organization's visual communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of unreleased campaigns, projects, and company materials.
• Meet established quality standards and project deadlines.
• Perform additional creative and illustration duties as required.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Illustration, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital illustration, graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative role.
• Strong digital illustration and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent understanding of composition, color, typography, proportions, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable creative software.
• Experience with Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, Figma, or similar tools is an advantage.
