Responsive Web Designer (Figma) at BairesDev

As a Responsive Web Designer, you will craft seamless, intuitive digital interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences across all device sizes. You will connect creative vision with functional execution, transforming complex design challenges into elegant, adaptable web layouts.

What You'll Do

• Create high-fidelity prototypes and interface designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile viewing.
• Establish comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency throughout products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate user requirements into functional layouts.
• Apply user-centered design principles to optimize navigation flow and maximize digital product engagement.
• Review developed web implementations to guarantee accurate rendering and alignment with the original design vision.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Web Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in responsive web design and creating digital interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity designs and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and cross-functional collaboration.
