Summary

Brain GTM is Deel's go-to-market intelligence and automation vertical. The team built a suite of products and services that help SDRs discover prospects, AEs qualify opportunities, and the broader growth organization optimize the sales motion.

As Senior Product Manager II on Brain GTM, you'll own and evolve the go-to-market tech stack that powers Deel's Sales and Growth organization. You'll build user-facing products (Setai Prospector and related instances) serving 1000+ internal stakeholders: Account Executives, SDRs, Partnership Managers, Product Marketing Managers…etc. You're not building for external customers; you're building for Deel's own go-to-market engine. This means understanding workflows, designing processes, and shipping fast with stakeholders sitting inside your organization. You combine product thinking with operational expertise, marrying clean UI with the SOPs and workflows that sit behind it. You think like a founder of your own vertical: identifying what needs to be built, designing it end-to-end, and driving it to launch with minimal handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap end-to-end—Identify, diagnose and articulate customer (internal stakeholder) problems and opportunities; evaluate solutions and define impact in terms of Feasibility, Desirability, Viability, and operational outcomes
  • Formulate business/user questions and define OKRs—Collect relevant data and insights to assess product opportunities; set up dashboards and monitor progress against measurable KPIs tied to outcomes (pipeline velocity, AE productivity, conversion rate)
  • Design products and processes together—Understand how Deel's GTM organization works and design both the product and the SOP that supports it; think about how products sit within the broader GTM operating system
  • Deliver elegant solutions from scoping to launch—Frame problems clearly with Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders; prioritize the most impactful initiatives; balance short-term speed vs long-term sustainability; deliver solutions with minimal handoff
  • Think like a builder—You don't only write specs; you prototype, iterate, and get your hands dirty. You dive into data tools and workflows to prove concepts before handing off to Engineering. You ship MVPs and iterate
  • Be embedded with your users—Your stakeholders (SDRs, AEs, PMMs) sit inside Deel. Translate field signals into crisp, prioritized requirements; structure regular feedback sessions; maintain execution pace and a buffer of ready work
  • Ensure cross-functional partnership—Partner effectively with Product Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to solve problems; drive buy-in and alignment from other PMs and stakeholders
  • Analyze results and iterate—Post-launch, assess impact against the problem you set out to solve; course-correct or double down based on data; identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Integrate AI fluency into product workflows—Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows (agentic patterns, deterministic workflows, automation); understand how AI changes user behavior and product design

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally startup/scaleup or pre-product/market-fit)
  • Product builder mindset—You've owned problems end-to-end from discovery through launch; you can articulate "I initiated this" vs. "I managed the roadmap items handed to me"
  • Operational/workflow product experience—You've built products for internal users, operations teams, or high-volume business workflows (sales ops, logistics, fintech, supply chain, marketplaces). You understand both UX and underlying process
  • Autonomous and independent leader—You can take a loose problem space and drive it to solution without heavy direction; you operate with high autonomy and ownership
  • AI fluency in shipped products (preferred)—You've integrated AI into real product workflows; you use AI tools daily and understand how they change product workflows and user behavior
  • Go-to-market domain knowledge (nice-to-have)—Understanding of B2B sales, sales operations, or GTM team workflows is valuable but not required; strong PMs ramp quickly with team partnership
  • Understanding of UX and UI—You can balance user experience design with underlying process and operational impact
