Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles with native Android app development (Java and Kotlin)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of Android architectures and development patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Experience with Git, Gradle, and CI/CD
- Knowledge of unit testing, troubleshooting, and mobile security
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience in maintenance, modernization (migration from legacy frameworks to Kotlin), and publishing apps to the Google Play Store
- Experience in mentoring/coaching junior team members
- Experience in projects using AI tools to support the SDLC
- Experience with SOAP and/or REST integrations
- Experience with crash/error logging and monitoring solutions
- Experience processing NFC communication on Android devices
- Experience with camera capture, image processing, OCR, and decoding 2D graphic codes (QR Code, Data Matrix, and other non-standard codes) on Android devices
