Performance and KPI Analyst

NWS is shortlisting for a potential outsourced services contract with a Dubai Government entity. Initial 12-month term with the possibility of extension, on-site in Dubai, visa and sponsorship provided.

This role is subject to contract award. We are building the shortlist now so that we can mobilise quickly if the contract proceeds.

The role

You will support institutional performance management across 24 organisational units and a corporate KPI portfolio of around 390 indicators.

Day to day that means coordinating data submissions from departments, validating evidence and calculations, analysing target achievement, trends, variances and root causes, and producing the KPI trackers, dashboards, management reports and executive summaries that go into quarterly

performance reviews. You will work in the client's balanced scorecard platform and alongside a Manager who quality-assures the workstream.

What we need from you

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Public Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline

• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English. This role drafts, not just reviews — indicator definitions, methodologies, performance analysis and management reporting are produced in both languages
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage
• An analytical eye for data quality — you should be comfortable challenging a number that does not reconcile with its evidence
• Clear written communication and the confidence to coordinate with departments and senior stakeholders

Experience level: open. No minimum number of years applies to this role, and we will consider candidates early in their careers on merit. Experience in KPI monitoring, performance analysis or reporting is welcome; exposure to EPM or balanced scorecard platforms, or to UAE government or semi-government entities, is preferred.

Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 15:30, Friday 07:30 to 12:00, on-site at the client's premises in Dubai.
