About The Role

ReachMobi is seeking a talented Android Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-scale applications used by millions of users globally. You will be instrumental in developing new features, optimizing existing functionalities, and ensuring the overall performance and stability of our Android applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define and deliver features that meet our strategic objectives. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for mobile app development. Candidates should have significant experience developing Android applications using Kotlin, with a solid understanding of modern architectural patterns such as MVVM. Hands-on experience with Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous programming and Jetpack Compose for UI design is essential. Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs, libraries, and data sources is required. Experience working in high-scale environments, particularly in online advertising or similar sectors, is a plus. Candidates should also have a good grasp of UI/UX principles and experience designing intuitive interfaces. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment are crucial for success in this role. Knowledge of Google Play Billing and Android system updates (Android 10, 11) will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop product-specific features to enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.

• Implement Minimum Viable Product (MVP) features and conduct A/B testing to analyze user engagement and optimize performance.
• Maintain and optimize the Android Launcher project, ensuring compatibility with the latest Android system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the core structure of our product suite, including adding new features and improving existing functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze application analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement performance enhancements.
• Handle bug fixing and maintain a crash-free application environment, targeting a crash rate of less than 0.3%.
• Integrate third-party data sources, libraries, and APIs to extend app capabilities.
