URGENT HIRING: AI LEAD / AI TECHNICAL LEAD
Role: AI Lead / AI Technical Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC ONSITE / LOCAL ONLY
Experience: 15+ Years Overall
Employment: W2 ONLY
Visa: USC / H-4 EAD / H-1B Transfer
MUST HAVE
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong AI / Generative AI / LLM leadership experience
- Hands-on Python, AI/ML, LLM, RAG, APIs
- Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP AI services
- Strong architecture, technical leadership & solution design
- Enterprise AI implementation and production deployment experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Charlotte, NC local candidates strongly preferred
